Become to Attract Who you are

Become the woman who...

Knows her worth without needing a man to prove it.

Chooses peace over chemistry without character.

Has boundaries before attachment, not after being hurt.

Doesn't entertain temporary people simply because she is lonely or needs intimacy.

Is comfortable being alone rather than being poorly accompanied.

Has a full life purpose, work, children, friendships, faith, health, adventure and dreams.

Is emotionally available but not emotionally desperate.

Communicates clearly and expects the same in return.

Doesn't audition for love. She observes whether a man's actions match his words.

Doesn't confuse potential with character.*

Doesn't mother, rescue, chase or rehabilitate a grown man.

Protects her mind, body, time and spirit because access to her is valuable.

Lives what she expects: faith, integrity, wellness, discipline, generosity, loyalty and purpose.

Allows a man to demonstrate consistency before giving him deep emotional access.

Walks away when the relationship repeatedly produces confusion instead of peace.

And perhaps most importantly:

Don't make your standards a checklist for finding a perfect man. Make them a filter for recognizing an aligned man.

The man you're describing isn't simply “wealthy, handsome, fit and successful.” You're describing a man with character, self-mastery, faith, purpose, emotional maturity, intentionality and the capacity for partnership.

So become his equivalent.

Not perfect. Whole.

Not desperate to be chosen. Discerning about whom you choose.

Not waiting for a man to complete your life. Building a life that a good man can enter and contribute to.

And when someone arrives, don't ask only:

Does he want me?

Ask:

Does his character make him worthy of the access I am giving him?

Your “no” to meaningless relationships creates space for your “yes” to something meaningful.

And if your faith is guiding this season, you can hold onto this simple prayer:

God, make me the woman who is prepared for the kind of love I am praying for and give me the wisdom to recognize it, the courage to reject what isn't it, and the patience not to settle because I am tired of waiting.
